Cueva Madre is a historical aboriginal cave location. It is a perfect location for healing and wake-up ceremonies. Cueva Madre is a historical aboriginal cave location. The name designates a group of large caves located in the Gáldar ravine. Historically the Taste was convened here, a kind of council that brought together the guayres or chiefs of the different tribes or cantons of the island along with the maximum headquarters, the Guanarteme or Guadarteme.
